I’m July, a 42-year-old woman living in Spain, where my journey has taken me through the worlds of journalism, sociology, and creativity. My love for words and art started with DIY fanzines, printed in local shops or photocopied, distributed in specialized stores—or sometimes handed out on the streets, a nod to urban art experiments.

Professionally, I’ve wandered through the fast-paced corridors of startups, tech consulting, and entrepreneurship. My longest chapter was creating and leading a direct-to-consumer footwear brand, blending digital sales with more traditional distribution channels like retail stores and wholesale.

Now, I’m turning my focus to a lifelong passion—experimental and artistic publishing. Armed with expertise in brand creation, e-commerce, and guerrilla marketing, I’m driven by a desire to connect people with something real and valuable—bridging creators with those eager for their stories.

This project is born from a bootstrapping philosophy—an independent venture, sustained by my own efforts and the help of a small network of collaborators. No external funds, just passion and grit. As we grow, the dream is to evolve this project into a small team, staying independent and always seeking to expand the horizons of independent publishing.
