Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as the item has not yet been shipped.

Returns

• You have a 14-day window from the date you receive your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including packaging.
• Return shipping costs:
  • For defective or incorrect items: The seller will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other reasons (e.g., changing your mind): You will be responsible for return shipping.
• Customs fees and any similar charges are not covered by Singular Papers or the seller and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

• Full refunds are provided if:
  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The item does not match the description.
• Digital products such as PDFs are non-refundable unless the file is corrupted or unusable.
• Refund processing:
  • For cancellations before the product is shipped, refunds are processed immediately.
  • For returns, refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds are typically issued to the same payment method used for the purchase and may take 1 to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for incorrect or defective items, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
