"Str3tmatic Vol. 1 - Lisbon" is a compilation of analog photos captured during my time in the city between 2021 and 2022. Upon moving to Lisbon, I was fascinated by its rich history and diverse architecture, which combines the classic and urban. Every corner revealed opportunities to capture memorable moments, rekindling my old passion for photography. With the camera always at hand, I started documenting everyday life in Lisbon and my adventures worldwide, exploring the beauty of the architecture and local customs.

These compiled photos reflect not only the visual aesthetic of the city but also the personal narrative behind each shot. The series "Str3tmatic Vol. 1 - Lisbon" is a photographic record and an authentic expression of my emotional connection with this place and its unique atmosphere. Each image tells a story, capturing not only buildings and landscapes but also experiences and emotions experienced during my journey in Lisbon and beyond.

About — Helio Suzuki, known as Str3tmatic, is a Brazilian-born photographer and journalist who relocated to Lisbon in 2021. He is passionate about storytelling through both images and music and plays in a hardcore/punk band. In Lisbon, Helio began documenting the city's vibrant daily life using an analog camera. His debut photo zine, Str3tmatic - Vol. 1: Lisbon, released in October 2021, captures the essence of Lisbon through a blend of classic and urban scenes.

Drawing inspiration from the streets and music, Helio's work has gained international recognition. In 2022, he participated in group exhibitions across Lisbon, Sao Paulo, and Tokyo. His upcoming release, Str3tmatic - Vol. 2: Japan 2018-2023, slated for April 2024, reflects his visual journey through Japan, showcasing his signature style of raw, evocative street photography.
